Itinerary

Day 1: Embarkation

     Begin your luxurious adventure as you board the Dahabyia Cruise.

Day 2: Sailing the Nile

    Spend the day exploring the beauty of the Nile through a series of sailing.

 In the afternoon, Edfu Temple Exploration

     Visit the majestic Edfu Temple, officially known as the Temple of Horus, is one of the most well-preserved ancient Egyptian temples and a significant archaeological site located on the west bank of the Nile River in Edfu, Egypt. Dedicated to the falcon-headed god Horus, the temple was primarily constructed during the Ptolemaic period between 237 and 57 BCE. However, some parts of the temple date back to earlier periods.

Day 3: Jabal El Silsila

     Explore the unique historical Jabal El Silsila,or Silsila, refers to an ancient sandstone quarry located along the banks of the Nile River, between Kom Ombo and Edfu in Upper Egypt. The name “Jabal El Silsila” translates to “Chain of Mountains” in Arabic. This historical site is known for its quarries and the extraction of sandstone used in various construction projects, including temples and monuments.

Day 4: Kom Ombo Temple

     Continue sailing to the renowned Kom Ombo. The Temple is an unusual and unique double temple located in the town of Kom Ombo, about 30 miles north of Aswan in Upper Egypt. It is dedicated to two deities: Sobek, the crocodile-headed god, and Horus, the falcon-headed god. This dual dedication is what makes the temple distinctive.

Day 5: Disembarkation
