1. Booking and Payments

  • Reservations: All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation message via Email or WhatsApp.

  • Pricing: Prices are listed in USD (or equivalent) and are subject to change. The price locked at the time of booking will remain valid.

  • Payment: Depending on the tour type, we may require a deposit or full payment upon arrival.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Full Refund: Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled trip are eligible for a full refund.

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24-48 hours may incur a 50% cancellation fee.

  • No-Show: If you do not show up for your tour without prior notice, no refund will be issued.

  • Weather Conditions: If we cancel a trip due to unsafe weather conditions or Nile authority restrictions, you will receive a 100% refund or the option to reschedule.

3. Safety and Conduct

  • Captain’s Authority: For your safety, the Captain’s instructions are final and must be followed at all times while on board.

  • Personal Safety: While we provide safety gear (life jackets), guests are responsible for their own personal belongings and physical well-being.

  • Illegal Activities: Any illegal behavior, including the use of prohibited substances on board, will result in immediate termination of the tour without a refund.

4. Liability

  • JJJAMAICABOATS is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property unless caused by our proven negligence.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as river traffic or government-mandated closures.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on jjjamaicaboats.com and jjjamaicaboats.site, including logos, text, and images, is the property of JJJAMAICABOATS. Unauthorized use of our content for commercial purposes is prohibited.

6. Changes to Terms
